Diagnostics of genetic polymorphisms
using the Real-Time PCR method

InnovaDx ®  genetic kits are designed for the determination of genetic polymorphisms from clinical samples causing various genetic diseases. The detection is performed using the Real- Time PCR method with melting curve analysis.

Developed techniques allow minimizing the number of required steps and guarantee maximum result stability. Diagnostic kits  InnovaDx ®  are provided in the form of lyophilized reaction mixtures and are intended to work with the most commonly used Real-Time instruments.

Format of InnovaDx ® -Genetics kits:

Lyophilized ready-to-use reaction mixture in 48 white 0.2 ml microtubes in a PCR plate to which the extracted DNA sample is added.

  • All necessary components for the PCR reaction are part of the lyophilized reaction mixture.
  • To set up the PCR reaction, just add the extracted DNA samples and start the PCR
